This bike was acquired in a group with the Fuji Allegro. At the time I didn't think much of it but not having a Schwinn at the time, I brought it home and stored it away. A year later I came upon it in the loft and decided to clean it up and put street bars on it and see if everything worked. It did, and I realized that it was a pretty good bike. I think the dullish silver paint hid its true condition. If it were painted attractively, I think it would command a little more respect. This World Sport is similar to the other WS in my collection in name only, a practice that makes it difficult to know the quality of a bicycle based on model name.
